The fourth annual Southeast Louisiana Small Business Conference, is a one-day, first-class conference packed with educational workshops, inspirational keynote speakers, an information filled business expo hall and effective networking opportunities. This year’s theme is “Moving from Obstacles to Opportunities.” Experts will share innovative strategies and provide entrepreneurs with cutting edge ideas to grow their ventures in this unique economic environment.
As a small business owner, your time is incredibly valuable. This conference is designed to fit your busy schedule. Each workshop is carefully selected to deliver immediate, practical tools and information that can be applied to your business right away. With sessions that provide practical solutions to everyday problems and networking centers that will connect your business to available opportunities, you are guaranteed to leave with valuable new strategies to enhance your business success.
Sessions will begin at 7:30am and a sponsor and vendor networking reception will be begin at 3:30pm. There will also be an opportunity throughout the day, on a first-come basis, to participatite in a Hands-On Small Business Learning Lab, where you will be able to sign up for one-on-one consulting time regarding specific issues your business is facing. An Opportunity Zone will also be available throughout the day for attendees to network, learn about contract opportunities, and potentially find new customers and clients.
The Southeast Louisiana Small Business Conference is hosted by Good Work Network and is brought to you by the Alliance for Economic Inclusion (AEI), an initiative established by the FDIC to stimulate and foster business growth and development. AEI is comprised of various local and national banks, the U.S. Small Business Association, small business development organizations as well as several other public and private entities in this region all committed to stimulating economic development through entrepreneurship. Good Work Network is the primary provider of business development services in the Greater New Orleans Area for the small community-based businesses.
